Work is starting this week on a newly-acquired site at Durham Tees Valley Airport which the airport hopes will help them to “maximise future development.”
The former hangar building was last used as a sports and tennis centre and sits upon 9.5 acres of land that the airport has just bought.
The steel frame of the building is being dismantled and removed this week.
